We have three beautiful spaces for your conference and classroom needs. We have designed these spaces to offer private and functional areas for businesses and individuals to meet, learn and grow. Several of our spaces are built with the highest technology available allowing webinar conferencing systems which allow you to record a webinar or share your event with members who can not attend at the onsite meeting.
COLUMBINE CLASSROOM
The Columbine Room is a large classroom that seats up to 35 people. This room can be organized in different configurations. When set up with tables and chairs this room will hold 26 people. When configured with chairs only this room will hold 35 people. This suite is private and has a full Webinar Conference system that makes it easy to host, record or join video/webinar classes or meetings with the tap of a button.
Rental Rates:
Hourly: $45
Half Day: $150 (4 hours)
Full Day: $300 (8 hours)
APEX CONFERENCE ROOM
The Apex Suite will seat up to 14 people and has amazing views of the mountains. This suite is private and has a full webinar conferencing system that makes it easy to share your meeting, join video meetings or record video meetings with the tap of a button.

Hourly: $30
Half Day: $100 (4 hours)
Full Day: $200 (8 hours)
JADE CONFERENCE ROOM
The Jade Suite will seat up to 6 people and has amazing views of the mountains. This suite is private and has a TV that can be connected to via HDMI cable to share visual information. This beautiful, small conference room is a quaint space to meet.
